Dear Javier:
Let not your heart be troubled. I know this is beginning to look like an
old-fashioned claim to the throne of some minor European principality or
worse, a bad episode of our regional national politics. But there is only
one Chair of LACRALO and one legitimate claimant.
The ALS have spoken and by their votes, that person is Andres Piazza.
