[lac-discuss-en] Fwd: [EURO-Discuss] Draft statement on the operational plan and budget

Dear Colleagues:
See the EURALO response to the Draft Budget and Operational Plans. I have
seen the draft shared by CLO but have not gone into the details. However, I
can confirm the basic information referenced by Vittorio.

I suggest that LACRALO develop its own response and reference the EURALO
Statement with full support. I would further suggest that we specifically
reference the statement by Izumi Aizu this morning in the ALAC Review
Workshop. I have copied Izumi to this note so he can send me the exact
wording.

Best,
Carlton

Hi,

the statement was forwarded to Evan/NARALO and Carlton/LACRALO for
verification and potential support (more doesn't seem to be realistic on
short notice). Several of us agree that it cannot be included in the Summit
Declaration without prior approval of all - besides some other formal
considerations. But I agree that it should be presented at tomorrow's
Open Forum.

Best,
Wolf
