Mi enmienda a los Principios Operativos de LACRALO.
En 2008 fue elaborada y tiene unas pequeñas modificaciones en este caso. Se la puede observar en el archivo adjunto.
La fundamentación de la necesidad de contar con un Chair (Presidente de la Asamblea) es, tal como expresaramos en 2008, la de adaptar nuestro esquema de participación para hacerlo más participativo, mejorar la comunicación y la discusión, entablar un nexo entre el mundo at large y nuestra región.
Durante numerosas instancias en 2008 se ha argumentado sobre el particular y entendemos que existe un nivel de consenso adecuado para insistir con la propuesta.
