The easy way is to have 1 rep from Caribbean and 1 from Latin America (Spanish/Portuguese) at all times. So if we have 1 voted for from LA, we vote for the Caribbean candidate next time.
My small contribution.

Colleagues,
Dot in the immediate horizon worries to me what about Great Circus ICANN
like another gratuitous confrontation between the representatives of users in
Latin America and others in the Caribbean region anglófona.
As we can avoid this? We cannot make a mechanism
that it avoids the latinamericana imposition by simple demographic majority?
How we fit the present rules of the regions of ICANN for or
to share the positions or to negotiate a rotation that satisfies to all? It has
a will to obtain it?
My translation -- not machine today, thank you!
Colleagues,
Ím concerned we plows moving toward to another gratuitous andEnergy-sapping
confrontation speaking Latin American between the Spanish/Portuguese
THIN members and those from the Anglophone Caribbean countries.
Dog we avoid this? To plows we able design to mechanism that avoids the
imposition of the demographically dominant Latin states? To plows we able
adjust, the even twist current ICANN region rules into to leadership sharing
or rotation mechanism that we all dog live with? Do we have the will to engage
in this task?
