Dear All:

Attached is a first draft proposal of how to embody the ideas that Wolf
proposed in writing, and which the working group then discussed.

Needless to say all the proposals for who should speak when (and most
certainly whether yours truly should be the announcer!) are completely open
for discussion, as is the entire programme. I tried to put people into the
programme with a regional balance, though of course the AV segments would be
very diverse.

The idea with the AV segments is that each Working Group, Thematic Session,
and RALO GA would decide what three 'slogans' it wished to have recorded and
who should do the honours on camera, and then immediately after each event
the cameras would be there to allow a couple of 'takes' for each 'slogan'.

The AV crew would then take all of this and put it all together for
Thursday.

At the same time, we would take still photographs from participants, as well
as have a cameraman to take shots in each meeting, and these would be
compiled at the same time as the video into the slideshow/montages.

I've attached a PDF and a Spreadsheet version (as some of you may have
issues with Excel (or the lack of it).
