Description  
The Work group 1 must prepare a declaration in which he is expected 
incorporate the opinions of the community in general with respect to 
participation of the end users of Internet in the work of the ICANN.  
 
 
 
 
The debates on AT-Large in general and his relation with the other parts of 
ICANN, and other communities of ICANN, always have been made, but perhaps
