Sylvia Herlein Leite and in name of VINCULART, A.C./Mexico desire to guarantee 
also its postulation to the position of our representative before LACRALO. 
 
It will have an immediate task during the next meeting of ICANN 
here in Mexico before the urgent challenge to lead and to coordinate 
multiple interests of the users of Internet in the region as opposed to 
powerful dominant commercial interests. In Mexico it gives painus
