Dear LACRALO companions: 
 
As they already know, I represent our region in the work group that is 
organizing all the related one to the 5 work groups of which 
we will participate in Mexico; 
 
 like thus also of the conferences in parallel that we will have opportunity 
to participate.  
 
 
 
Them I have already informed in several opportunities the concerted effort that are 
making all the representatives of the 5 regions of ALAC that meet 
every week until now and 
 
from 2009 they began to meet more of once per week.  
 
 
 
Today I write to them because several of you you wrote to me as a result of the Group of 
work in which it will be called on to them to act in Mexico.  
 
I could observe that there was a bad interpretation when they responded 
second survey and/or when the same one was made.  
 
Some of you you understood that when ordering the 14 ítems of the survey 
they were responding to the importance that you give each one of 
subjects. 
 
And like result of this, which was interpreted is that you wanted 
to participate in the subject 1) or 2).  
 
As the majority responded that, the staff placed to all those that responded 
1) and 2) in the first place in groups 1 and 2. 
 
 
 
Lamentably by problems of SINGLE budget THERE WILL BE TRANSLATION To 
SPANISH and To the FRANCES in group 1.  
 
 
 
Responding to its doubts, yes, they are possible to be changed of group! But single those that 
have dominion of the English to understand and to express themselves in this language.  
 
Please, the one that it wants to change and it fulfills that condition, avíseme whatever 
before so that I send that information to him to the people ofthe Staff.  
 
Lack less of month so that we are all together ones!
