Dear Andres:

To repeat:

1)  The LACRALO GA Agenda will be closed on January 31, 2009

2)  Members that intend to present documents at the GA must submit same to
the staff for translation by latest 13th February, 2009

3) A full definition of the role and DUTIES of the Chair or President
proposed in your Amendment to Rule 4 of the Operating Principles of LACRALO
is outstanding and MUST be put to the list BEFORE the 31st January

We agreed to place your proposal on the Agenda pending a full definition of
the DUTIES of the President or Chair. This MUST be done by amending your
present proposal or by a separate draft Amendment.
