On 04 November 2008, we received an ALS application from AUI Peru. Please
find the Due Diligence form attached.

We kindly ask you to provide us with the regional advice for this ALS in
your capacity as At-Large Secretary for LACRALO. Your advice will support
the ALAC review on this application.

We are currently behind schedule with the application process for this
application. Please send us the regional advice within the next 14 days.
