Professional Meeting Planners Engaged to Assist Summit

ICANN¹s At-Large staff is happy to announce that KCA Meeting and Event
Planning ( http://www.kc-a.com/meeting_main.htm ) has been engaged to
support the At-Large and ICANN Meetings staff in helping to ensure that the
At-Large Summit is as successful as possible.

KCA will be taking the lead in ensuring all logistics, vendor relationships,
meeting setup and scheduling, and will handle questions from attendees on
travel and other related arrangements for Summit attendees. Of course,
ICANN¹s meeting staff are closely involved and are also a key part of the
Summit Œteam¹.

KCA Vice-President Leslie Honaker will be the lead member of staff at KCA
for the Summit and will participate in Summit working group email lists from
today, as well as all forthcoming teleconferences. She can be reached at
leslie at kc-a.com.

A special telephone line has been setup for Summit attendees to ring,
available from Noon MST, 1900 UTC on Monday, 19th January 2009: +1 480 403
4612, email to: alex at kc-a.com. Note that calls are taken during business
hours in the MST timezone, at other times you may leave a message and your
call will be returned. Spanish and English are spoken fluently; At-Large
staff will help as requested when it comes to French ;)

We¹re very glad to have KCA on board and know that they¹ll be a great help
in ensuring the best possible environment for the Summit, and wonderful
technical and other support onsite for the meetings themselves.
