Dear Colleagues:
As was discussed and clarified on the last LACRALO teleconference, the rules
devised by the Summit Planning Committee was that only those ALS who
responded to the first survey would be eligible for travel support from
ICANN to attend the Summit.

Staff has prepared a listing of 1) ALS who processed the first survey 2) ALS
who should be receiving travel invitation letters which is attached.

As requested during yesterday's LACRALO call, I am attaching a document that
shows LACRALO Representatives that:

1)      should be receiving travel invitation letters for the At-Large
Summit

2)      responded to the first summit survey that determined eligibility for
travel support (please note that AUI Peru submitted its application to
become an ALS in time to receive travel support)



Please could you confirm that this is the information that was requested?
