 Dear all,

This is to inform you that we received an ALS application from the
ASOCIACIÓN DE USUARIOS DE INTERNET DEL PERÚ (Association of Internet Users
from Peru). It is based in Chorillos, Peru and would be a member of LACRALO
if accepted.

The attached application is in Spanish. An English version of the document
will be sent to you shortly. The regional liaison for Latin America has been
informed about this application and will provide us with a due diligence
form in due course.
