[lac-discuss-en] Highlighed version of proposals for amending the ICANN Strategic Plan

Dear All:

As you know, ICANN is embarking upon a review of the strategic plan of the
organisation. This review is meant to be an evolution of the present
strategic plan, which runs through 2012, rather than a new plan.

We have requested and today received a version of the proposed amendments
with highlighted sections showing which proposals are new or amendments to
the existing plan. You may find this (in English only at the present time)
