Dear Colleagues:

See under, the request from the At-Large Directorate seeking our advice on
this application.  As I understand it, Internauta Argentina – Sergio Salinas
Porto’s organization – is familiar with this organization and has
recommended acceptance. 

 

The question is: Does LACRALO support Internauta Chile’s certification as an
ALS in good standing?  

 

Please advise your individual positions so we can report a consensus LACRALO
position to the ALAC for or against certification.

Dear Carlton,

On the 23 July we received an ALS application from Internauta Chile. There
were a couple of outstanding questions with regards to their application. We
recently received an email from the applicant with detailed answers to those
questions and incorporated them into the Due Dilligence form. Please find
the application and the Due Diligence form attached.

We kindly ask you to provide us with the regional advice for this ALS in
your capacity as At-Large Secretary for this region. Your advice will
support the ALAC review on this application.

According to our timeline for ALS applications the due date for the regional
advice is September 10th. Of course, you could also add this issue to the
agenda for the next LACRALO teleconference.

We would like to remind you that the DD form could contain sensitive
information. Please read the form carefully before sending it off to third
parties.
