Estimados Colegas de LACRALO y ALAC
 
Estoy de acuerdo con las palabras vertidas anteriormente en esta lista.  
 
Me consta que el documento y el trabajo realizado por ALAC (y particularmente por los integrantes latinoamericanos) en la reunión de Paris, es de las mejores producciones que se hayan visto.
 
Las causas son justamente el proceso que se viene desarrollando en at large desde hace unos años, que se encuentra en etapa de consolidación. El aporte de los usuarios no debe ser simbólico y una mera herramienta de legitimación por parte de ICANN para mostrar como bandera al exterior.
 
Si ICANN quiere ser una organización internacional y no un mero elemento del gobierno norteamericano, debe profundizar con su política de apoyo a la comunidad de usuarios (y también a los espacios como NCUC y GAC). 
 
En caso contrario, la voz de los usuarios (potenciada en estos tiempos) deberá ser fuerte y clara. Hagamosla oir!Cuando Nick haga las consideraciones que prometió, manifiesto mi absoluta predisposicion para elaborar un documento de LACRALO en Español y Portugues (que pueda traducirse al ingles también).
