Estimados amigos, en Internauta estamos muy preocupados por esta situación, es 
imprescindible que nos reunamos virtualmente para realizar una discusión de este tema y 
tomar una resolución ENTRE TODOS, lo antes posible, les pido a los compañeros latinos que 
están escribiendo en ingles que lo hagan también en idioma español, ya que me parece que 
hay compañeros que no están enterados de este problema justamente por esa razón y no 
estamos escuchando sus voces.

Thanks Carlos for your quick answer as usual !

Later today y spoke to some Naralo members and they told me that were already making a 
document before the end of this week. I asked her that if it was possible for Lacralo to 
join the "letter" and to translate it to Spanish and Portuguese.

But just now, in this mailing list, we have our own reasons to be against the desition.

The Naralo Secretariat will send us the text they are working in. It is important to react 
quick to this issue.

Remember that the 1st or 2nd Lacralo Teleconference minute had already a consensus about 
ICANN´s Board avoiding it´s commitement with us.

All LACRALO`s friends.: I agree with NARALO and ANdres, we need to make a strong statement 
against this situation, and more to having in account the MOU signed in 2006. Could you 
Carlton do it?
