Though I probably will be no able to participate next 17th (I am Board's
chair of an large Institution ( with branches in 3 different regions in the
country,  which meet each 2 month in a year pre scheduled agenda, and it
will be on July, 17th) I would like to suggest some points to our  debate 

 

a) Goals for this fiscal year (jul 08-jun09)

b) Mexico meeting - which issues should LACRALO prepare as a seminar, for
instance, to invite others to participate? ( Remembering Izumi IPv6 seminar,
it had a good repercussion among participants and the community)

c) How to improve our regional communication? ( the calls are so
inefficient... we need to think how to get better outputs without expend so
much time...)

d) Interacting with other RALOs : preparing ourselves for the Summit - which
would be LACRALO active participation? Which are our best practices to
exchange with other RALOs? Other points we need to identify.

Yo non lograré participar en nuestra próxima conferencia ( tengo una reunión
de board  que Yo presido y que es previamente organizada para todo el año
que desafortunadamente tiene la misma fecha).

 Me gustaría, todavía, sugerir algunos puntos para  nuestra discusión:

 

a)    cuales son nuestras metas – nuestros goals para el año fiscal  ( jul
08 – jun 09)

b)    reunión de México – que podríamos presentar/ preparar  - algo
interesante como hizo IZUMI con su seminario de IPv6 en Paris – para la
reunión de México? 

c)    Como podemos mejorar nuestra comunicación regional? ( para mi las
conferencias por teléfono son tan ineficientes.. debíamos pensar en algo
para mejorarlas
)

d)    Preparación para el Summit: cual va a ser la participación activa de
LACRALO? Cuales son las mejores practicas que vamos a levar para
intercambiar con los demás RALOs? Que otros puntos debemos levantar?

 

 Que esta conferencia tráganos buenos resultados.
