[LAC-Discuss] [At-Large] user_s summit 2009 and icann committment to be useroriented

Amigos, la gente que ha trabajado en esto que tanto ha costado conseguir y a lo que todavia falta una vuelta de rosca, ha pensado que esto sea una reunion de definicion de politicas acerca de los temas de ICANN, por ejemplo IDN, whois, GNSO improvement, new gTLD`s, etc. es por eso que les digo que no vale ir a esta reunion a los que les toque o sean designados por sus ALS`s sin conocimiento de lo que ALAC e ICANN estan haciendo y propuestas para mejorar estas cosas. Los temas se fijaran mas adelante pero creo necesario que se concentren en esto y estudien los temas y hagan un seguimiento de la labor de ALAC (todo en la pagina de ALAC), para poder hacer que esta reunion sea efectiva y podamos seguir haciendola en el futuro, y no darle pie a aquellos que dijeron en el ALAC review de el comitte no sirve para nada. Los impulso a estudiar y me pongo a su dispocision para que receptar preguntas junto con Jose Ovidio, de aquellos temas que despues de estudiarlos en profundidad puedan presentar dudas para Uds. y en la medida de lo que sabemos.
