Hi Carlos
You seem to have totally misunderstood what I said.
What I said is that we have as far as I know, 2 valid nominations (Wendy 
and Beau) - the nomination for Sebastien B.was, it appears from 
discussion on the list, invalid. BUT the Chair should send out an email 
saying - these are the valid nominees, and then the regions will know 
for sure who are the nominees to vote for. Beau was nominated and I 
believe his nomination was valid, but you left him out of your list and 
you added Sebastian (I think this would be Sebas from Argentina?), but I 
haven't seen any nomination for him.
So my proposal is to wait for the official announcement of WHO the 
candidates are before asking people to comment and LACRALO to give you 
instructions on how to vote. Suppose based on your email they gave you 
instructions to vote for Sebastian, and he's not even up for the 
election? Beau would certainly have grounds to complain if his name 
wasn't even put up for LACRALO to consider.

The election is not due by the byelaws for a considerable time yet, 
nominations just closed, there's no rush.
