[LAC-Discuss] Votacion del enlace al board de ICANN

Carlos
Beau Brendler and Wendy Seltzer are the nominees currently standing for 
election, from the nominations to the list. But we should probably wait 
for the ALAC Chair to officially announce the names and open the 
discussion period.
