[LAC-Discuss] [At-Large] ICANN News Alert emails

I might be naïve, but can't we simply ask people on all mailing lists to
subscribe to the alerts if they are interested?
I, for one, receive these alerts in multiple copies, because they are
forwarded to multiple lists to which I am subscribed.
