[LAC-Discuss] Comments on Budget Process

Dear All:
You are reminded that your comments on the AT-Large Budget and budgeting
process is being solicited for inclusion in the April 15 ALAC report to
ICANN Board.   If you do not wish to make comments openly or contribute to a
LACRALO position, you may direct comments in private channel to Cheryl
Langdon-Orr, Annetta Muehlberg or Vanda Scartezini . 

The Secretariat recommends that:
1) LACRALO petition for budget to support a face-to-face LACRALO GA as a
standalone event when an ICANN meeting is not in session anywhere in LAC
2) LACRALO support petition for budget to support outreach and development
of format-appropriate content that can be messaged thru civil institutions
in LAC that shall inform average Internet users of ICANN, its role in
Internet Governance and issues that might be of concern to them

These are not new proposals but they bear repeating.
