Caros Carlton e Andres:
Aqui ESTADOS-MEMBROS Internauta o Brasil somos totalmente de acordo
com vocês COM no que se refere a que a participação do Als é pouco
e pobre.
Trabalhador independente dos motivos que cada uma pode ter: os grandes
problemas com o tradutor automático ou que os assuntos tratados são
muito técnicos; é certo é que embora o pouco, participação seja
crescentes. Cada dia que passa, lendo as mensagens das diferentes
listas de trabalho, enterramo-nos mais e aprendendo mais do mundo
ICANN. E é por conseguinte ele cresça-se uma Comunidade também
grande e diversa que é a Comunidade de LACRALO. Lá da grande
importância de seguir as regras estipuladas nas OP e de encontrar-nos
uma vez por ano na AG. Qualquer é um sumatoria, acrescentá-lo todo
é e o nosso trabalho principal é fundamentar todos, aos quais tomam
parte e aos quais à ainda não estan fazendo-o, tomar parte mais,
aprendê-lo mais...
Desta maneira para realizar com o objectivo de ter criado e de tomar
parte de a FINA: quem não é mais que indicar o mundo de ICANN aos
utilizadores finais da nossa região.
Pensar sempre positivo e trabalhar no conjunto para atingir os
objectivos do LACRALO!
Apoiamos a eleição do Panamá para a realização do A Geral e
esperamos que após esta reunião podamos dispôr um ALS este
pais para unirse a nuestra labor.

Queridos Carlton y Andres:
Aqui em Internauta Brasil estamos totalmente de acuerdo con ustedes com
respecto a que la participacion de todas las Als es poca y pobre.
Independiente de los motivos que cada una pueda tener: los grandes problemas
con el traductor automático o que los temas tratados sean muy técnicos ; lo
cierto es que aunque poca, la participación es creciente. Cada dia que pasa,
leyendo los mensajes de las diferentes listas de trabajo, nos vamos
enterrando mas y aprendiendo mas del mundo ICANN. Y es asi que se crece en
una comunidad tan grande y diversa como es la comunidad de LACRALO. De ahí
la gran importancia de seguir las reglas estipuladas en los OP y
encontrarnos una vez por ano en la AG. Todo es una sumatoria, todo es
agregar y nuestro trabajo principal es motivar a todos, a los que participan
y a los que aun  no lo estan haciendo, a participar mas, a aprender mas...
Para de esta manera cumplir con el objetivo de haber creado y de participar
de la RALO: que no es mas que hacer conocer el mundo de ICANN a los usuarios
finales de nuestra region. 
Siempre pensar en positivo y trabajar en conjunto para lograr los objetivos
del LACRALO!
Apoyamos la eleccion de Panama para la realización de la A General y
esperamos que después de esta reunion podamos contar con una ALS de este
padres para un lo nuestra trabajo.
