El día de hoy a las 9 de la mañana tuvo lugar la reunión conjunta entre la 
Comunidad At Large y la Junta Directiva del ICANN en el marco de la Asamblea 
General de ICANN en Los Ángeles.

Los puntos tratados fueron los siguientes:

1.- Presentación de resultados de la reunión interna de ALAC que tuvo lugar 
el día domingo
2.- Propuesta de celebración de cumbre mundial de ALSs
3.- Discusión de otros temas
GNSO
Presupuesto de ICANN
gTLDs
Nombres de dominio internacionalizados (IDNs Ver documento presentado en 
https://st.icann.org/alac/index.cgi?idn_policy_formation)
IPv4 e IPV6 (ver documento adjunto)
Acuerdo de acreditación de registradores
Cambios en los estatutos de ICANN

La reunión fue productiva y el Board tomó nota de todas las inquietudes que 
el ALAC le planteó, hubo una amplia discusión pero no era este el lugar para 
la toma de decisiones.

Tambien estuvo presente Carlton Samuels, Secretario del LAC RALO quien 
planteó la necesidad de que los documentos que se deban someter a la 
consideración del RALO deberían ser resumidos y presentados en términos 
sencillos y menos técnicos a lo que el Board manifestó que era una tarea del 
staff.

Today to 9 in the morning the joint meeting between Community AT Large
and the Board of directors of the ICANN within the framework of the
General Assembly of ICANN in the Angels took place.

The treated points were the following ones:

place Sunday 2. - Proposal of world-wide summit celebration of ALSs 3.
- Discussion of other Estimated subjects GNSO of ICANN gTLDs Names of
dominion internationalized (IDNs Ver document presented/displayed in
https://st.icann.org/alac/index.cgi?idn_policy_formation) IPv4 and
IPV6 (to see attached document) Agreement of accreditation of
recording Changes in the ICANN statutes

The meeting was productive and the Board took note from all the
restlessness that the ALAC raised to him, was an ample discussion but
it was not the this place for the decision making.

Also it was present Carlton Samuels, Secretary of the THIN LAC that
raised the necessity that the documents that are due to put under the
consideration of the THIN one they would have less to be summarized
and to be presented/displayed in simple terms and technicians to which
the Board showed that it was a task of the staff.

Mudanças nos estatutos de ICANN

A reunião foi produtiva e o Board tomou nota de todas as apreensões
que o ALAC pôs-lhe, houve uma vasta discussão mas não era o este
lugar para a tomada de decisões.

A também sido presente Carlton Samuels, Secretário do LAGO FINO
aquele que pôs a necessidade que os documentos que devem
apresentar-se à consideração de o que é FINO deveria ser resumido
e ser apresentado em termos simples e menos dos técnicos à o que o
Board declarou que era uma tarefa do pessoal.
