LacRalo must propose names to the ALAC, without it means an election.
Really, it is the ALAC that will choose to the members of the NomCom,
surely following the recommendations of the LacRalo. As it is the
necessity to make a voting? Because not to send to the ALAC the names
of the three that we have showed interest?

Não compreendo o mecânico que utilizamos. O LacRalo deve propôr
nomes ao ALAC, sem que isso signifique uma eleição. Finalmente, é o
ALAC que escolherá aos membros do NomCom, certamente seguindo as
recomendações do LacRalo.
Qual é a necessidade de fazer um voto? Porque não enviar ao ALAC os
nomes do três o que manifestaram interesse?

nombres al ALAC, sin que ello signifique una elección. 
En definitiva, es el ALAC quien elegirá a los miembros del NomCom,
seguramente siguiendo las recomendaciones de la LacRalo.
Cual es la necesidad de hacer una votación? Porque no enviar al ALAC los
