 Hi Deirdre
Now this is cause it's not for people from big countries, but from small
developing places. So if you fill it in as a Lucian, you're fine. Just
travel with whatever passport you want to when time to travel.

Hello again :-)

You may find this difficult to believe - I did myself.

After last week I thought that perhaps I should make
an effort to find out more about ICANN, especially
this evening when there was a query about domain names
from the Caribbean Development Bank. I remembered
Jacqueline's message and Jacob's reminders about the
meeting in Puerto Rico. This is not to say that I
expect to be selected, but I did decide to apply.

I hold dual nationality - British and St Lucian - but
use my British passport to travel since I do not have
a US visa (I had to get a new machine-readable
passport to be able to attend a big NGO meeting in
Puerto Rico last September)

So I started to fill in the form - and guess what? -
no Britain, Great Britain, England, United Kingdom,
not even Northern Ireland this time :-( So I can't
enter my passport, so I can't apply.

Catch 22 and then some :-)
