[LAC-Discuss] Resend of voting codes

Esteemed Colleagues:

Speaking of which, the time has come for a database driven solution to
handle and host most if not all of the membership management processes for
the LACRALO. I am speaking particularly of things like maintaining
membership lists of ALS and their accredited representatives, single
globally accessible place to place resolutions that come from our
discussions, a place to take and record votes on resolutions etcetera. 

Nick has proposed the membersclick operation -
<http://www.membersclick.com/> www.membersclick.com - as a possible
solution.  A demonstration site was prepared for ICANN and we were
encouraged to take the test drive.  I did and gave my feedback. Regrettably,
that site is no longer available.   But it is my view that we need such a
solution and quick.

Be assured that is an additional resource; it will not replace the
established discussion lists and listservs now in place.  Barring a strong
consensus AGAINST and contingent on this expressed by close of business
Friday, 2nd February, 2007, this Secretariat is inclined to request a
subscription to Membersclick on your behalf thru the ICANN At-Large
Supporting Organization.

Hablando de que, el tiempo ha venido para una base de datos la solución
manejada para manejar y recibir la mayoría del si no todos los procesos de
administración de asociación para el LACRALO. Hablo especialmente de cosas
como mantener relaciones de socios de AL y sus representantes acreditados,

establecidas de la discusión y listservs ahora en lugar. Salvo un consenso
fuerte CONTRA y CONTRA el contingente en este expresado cerrando de el
viernes del negocio, segundo Febrero, 2007, esta Secretaría es inclinada a
solicitar una suscripción a Membersclick en su thru del beneficio el ICANN
Sostener En-Grande la Organización.

In order to try and help Carlos and Jose with the problems they've had with
voting, we've just resent voting codes by email to all eligible voters.

If you have already voted, just ignore them.

Carlos and Jose: Can you please verify:

1) That you received the email

2) Whether, or not, you can vote.

Note that we are still looking for regional advice for the LAC regional
candidate ALSes and the sooner that we can have some further information
from you 3 in LAC it would be very helpful to everyone else :)
