Estimado Carlton:
Considero importante que podamos consolidar la Asamblea General del modo 
que expresó Carlos, por lo que estimo que en  la semana próxima AGEIA 
DENSI estará informando sus 2 representantes en la misma. Te sugiero 
también que desde tu función de Secretariat, impulses el compromiso de 
todas las ALS para designar a sus representantes. Entiendo que 
debieramos poner un plazo para la constitución de esta Asamblea, de modo 
que podamos comenzar con el trabajo y la discusión de la Agenda, via

Dear Carlton,
I think it is quite important to strengthen the General Assembly as 
Carlos exposed, so that AGEIA DENSI will named its two representatives 
next week. I also suggest you, in the Secretariat labor, to impel the 
commitement of other ALS to name their delegates. I consider we should 
stablish a deadline to constitute the Assembly, so we would be able to 
start the work and discussion, via e-mail. Kind Regards,
