Dear Collegues: I think, as Carlton said, that we have an important 
consensus, so we should discuss the procedure that the new ALS´s would 
have to follow.

I suggest Carlos´s way: "this new ALS in the time of their request of 
acreditation should mention their acceptance to the MOU and OP".

No doubt it will be quite simple to accept MOU and OP, this way..

Estimados Colegas: Yo creo, como dijo Carlton, que tenemos un consenso 
importante, por lo que debieramos discutir el procedimiento que las 
nuevas ALS debieran seguir.

Sugiero la manera de Carlos: "Estas nuevas ALS, en el momento de su 
solicitud para ser acreditadas, deben mencionar su aceptación del MOU y 
los OP"

Sin dudas sería bastante simple de esta manera para aceptar los OP y el MOU
