Desde nuestra organizacion entendemos que las nuevas ALS deben aseptar el MOU tal cual esta suscriptos por aquellos que firmamos en San Pablo. Cuando ingresan deben ratificar el MOU y aseptar los principios Operativos. Solo eso.

Todas las futuras ALS que se incorporen al LAC-RALO deberán aceptar incondicionalmente y como parte del proceso de incorporación tanto el MOU como los Principios.
All future ALS to be incorporated to the LAC-RALO shall unconditionally acknowledge and accept as the incorporation process the MOU and the Principles as well.

I believe that this new ALS in the time of their request of acreditation should mention their acceptance to the MOU and OP.
En orden a lo qe dice Jose Ovidio, creo que las nuevas ALS deberian ya en su presentacion de pedido de Acreditacion mencionar su aceptacion al MOU y PO, declarando conocerlos y aceptandolos incondicionalmente.

If they weren´t there at the time of the signing they cant sign the original MOU. I belive they have to ratify the existing one

Un ALS nuevo-acreditado había preguntado si el documento original de MOU esta disponible para la firma para el. Puesto que es los principios de MOU y de funcionamiento que definen LACRALO, los aumentos de esta pregunta la aplicacion mas amplia cómo LACRALO acepta formalmente ALS nuevo en la organizacion.
Mi espacio de trabajo dice que un codicilo a los MOU que solicitan el ALS 1) ratifique el MOU como existe 2) acepta los principios de funcionamiento existentes sería la mejor manera tratar de estos.
Se solicita su consejo.
