[Finance-sc] Looking for a CROP

Can we suggest to have an immediate call of the CROP RT because we can come
up with a better alternative.

I will draft a wiki with possible suggestions because we cannot completely
do away with CROP for a full FY.

I welcome any one to join me as I already see Glenn has requested for Skype.
