Thanks for your suggested revisions. 

Please feel free to make these changes in the note that you send to the EURALO list. The note has already been sent on several of the RALO lists.  The note should be sent to all RALO lists ASAP. 

Printing requests do not need separate requests. As in past years, printing requests will be managed by the Communications Department working with the AC/SOs and their support staff. 

Regarding the URL for the FY17 (https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/At-Large+FY17+Budget+Development+Workspace) could you please clarify your points? I do not see the issues to which you refer. 

Finally, the "they" in  the following sentence "They must be explicitly supported by the RALO representative on the FBSC" refers to the FY17 special requests developed by ALSes or members of the RALOs.

Who is "they"?
