   Hi Holy,
   I think we should invite him and possibly ask him to summarize the
   meeting. We could have one person attend and provide feedback but there
   may not be an opportunity to get our questions answered so having him
   talk to us would be a good thing.
   Best,
   Judith

Hi Olivier

Good question. I’m not sure that one of our weekend sessions would replicate t
he workshop - 4 hours with everyone there will probably be both more intensive,
 and give a bigger picture of finances - what is being spent on what - and I’m
not sure that any session he had with ALAC would replicate that. So it would b
e good if someone from ALAC is there - whatever else we do with Xavier (and it
may be that if some of us attend this session, we will not need another session
 with him???

FYI - we'll have to decide on who to send at that session.
Or is the ALAC planning to invite Xavier Calvez for our week-end sessions?
Kindest regards,

Olivier

Dear all,
I hope your summer was restful, or productive, or both…
As we are all planning for the Dublin meeting in October, I would like
to let you know that we are planning for a *“workshop” 4-hour session*
in Dublin, similar to the one we held in Singapore, likely on *Monday 12
October from 18:00 to 22:00 local time*. Though more work is required to
finalize the planning of this session, I expect the following subjects
to be candidates on the agenda:

 * preliminary FY17 ICANN revenue assumptions
 * USG Transition:
     o How to reflect the conclusion of the USG Transition initiative?
     o How to reflect the post-transition implementation work?
     o How to reflect the PTI in the budget structure?
 * 5-Operating plan update
 * Dashboard: how to use it for planning purposes

Please mark your calendars!

Thank you.

Best,

Xavier
