[Finance-sc] F&B comments on the FY12 Draft Operating Plan and Budget

I'd like to just draw your attention to this notice that was sent out to ALAC-Announce:

The ExCom has requested that each RALO summarize its thoughts on the FY12 Draft Operating Plan and Budget on the wiki pages that have been set up for this purpose.  Each RALO has its own page (linked to from the RALO's main wiki):
