Hello Sergio,

yes, I have sent this to the ALAC Finance Sub-Committee - which has
members of each region - and I have done this in order for each of those
members to share this with their region as soon as possible. I realise
that time is passing by quickly, so we all need to act. Statements on
this important subject from each of the regions will give a lot more
weight to the ALAC Statement which will be sent.
