pressing obligation that day. I was<BR>going to try to change things
if it was really the only time that worked for<BR>everyone else, so I
reluctantly indicated I could be available on Doodle,<BR>but as things have
evolved it just doesn't make sense for me. At the same<BR>time,
Wolfgang and Jeanette don't arrive until evening. Wolf says he was<BR>
planning to meet with latecomers Tuesday for a briefing; perhaps we could<BR>
simply multilateralize and do a Euralo lunch at the IGF consultation?
It's<BR>usually possible to grab a table at the back of the UN
cafeteria, or in the<BR>delegates' lounge, or I could book a place at the
8th floor restaurant (more<BR>expensive but good view of the mountains
