I must say I find it personally odd to start a discussion on the
results of a vote, while the vote is still ongoing. Some may take this
as a way to try to influence the outcome. Others may later be able to
challenge the validity of the whole process because of this influence. <br>
<br>
I suggest to the ICANN staff to place this mailing list in global
moderation mode until the vote has ended.<br>
