Congratulations to Emilia and Anne Marie and thanks to Frédéric for 
standing in this closely contested election.

As for the 70% votes cast, it is of course disappointing that 30% of the 
ALS did not participate in the election, but our region has been  
notoriously having a hard time at mobilisation of ALSes.
