We would like to draw your attention to the launch on 12 January 2021 of 
a series of calls for proposals in the context of CEF2-Digital 
(Connecting Europe Facilities). One of the calls (‘Backbone networks for 
pan-European cloud federation (CEF-DIG-2021-CLOUD)’) contains the topic 
‘*Equipping backbone networks with high-performance and secure DNS 
resolution infrastructures’ *for which separate project applications can
