[EURO-Discuss] [Ext] Invitation: Europe Network Readiness and Digital Transformation Spotlight

I am not traumatised, I am used to it.
On the specific, I thought that being the topic about Europe there could be an expectation that non-US people would participate and therefore courtesy would suggest to use the standards about time - but as I said before, that would imply to have a Copernican view, which apparently is not the case. Too bad.
