Overwhise, ICANN working groups on policy worked so hard with GDPR to include some international treaty. 
Hope Euralo wil have a WP or task force dedicated to join ICANN WG

Just see a post from ICANN org concerning the DSA (Digital Services Act), with this information:

It seems to me this will affect the European Internet, and we have until September 8th to comment to the European Commission.
