Planning EuroDIG is a team effort!

The consolidated programme provides the structure, and themes of EuroDIG
2019, but it is up to you to fill the sessions with life! Everyone can
join any Org Team simply by subscribing to the respective mailing lists
<https://list.eurodig.org/mailman/listinfo>. Org Teams then together
decide on content, format, and people to involve in their session. Learn

about how to get involved in session planning at EuroDIG. We especially
encourage newcomers to contribute!

The consolidated programme

online and now needs to be shaped by you. The collaborative structure of
the EuroDIG Wiki allows for decentralized work on a session. Get started by

1.   Identifying which session(s) you want to get involved in (on

2.   Subscribing to their mailing lists

3.   Introducing yourself by posting to the mailing list and checking
past communication

4.   Sharing your ideas, participating in calls and collaboratively
shaping the session

EuroDIG is taking place June 19-20, 2019 at the World Forum The Hague
<https://worldforum.nl/en>, NL. Registration is now open on eurodig.org

*Register for the HLIG Meeting*

The next High Level Group on Internet Governance (HLIG) meeting takes
place on *June 21* in The Hague, the day after EuroDIG. 

In order to participate at the open HLIG meeting session in the morning
of June 21, registration is required. Please do so until April 30 by
emailing the HLIG Secretariat at *CNECT-HLIG at ec.europa.eu *

The agenda is distributed one to two weeks in advance to registered
participants and will be published on the EuroDIG Wiki
<https://eurodigwiki.org/wiki/Main_Page> as well. 
The HLIG meeting is held at the New Babylon Meeting Center
