Dear Wale,

when reviewing the EURALO Strategy document on yesterday's call, we
discussed the possibility of having regular funded General Assemblies.
The ALAC has worked on this in the past and a proposal was made in 2016
for a regular cycle of funded face to face general assemblies and
At-Large Summits. This proposal was accepted by ICANN. As a result, a
funding cycle of General Assemblies and Summits is now being followed.
