Dear All,

We would like to ensure that everyone is aware that the refreshed ICANN Remote Hub Terms and Online Application has gone live on ICANN's Meeting Webpage<https://meetings.icann.org/en> as well as on the Dublin Schedule Page <https://meetings.icann.org/en/dublin54/schedule-full> . The application form will close on October 14th, in time for decisions to be made on entities that will ultimately host and Tech team preparation.

This refreshed version of the ICANN Meeting Remote Hubs is a very deliberate attempt to prioritize engagement around groups of interested participants from developing nations who might not otherwise have the ICANN Meeting experience though (not excluding anyone who has the right motivations to bring ICANN community and stakeholders together in all ICANN regions). We want to focus on simulating the physical room experience, promoting lively and topical discussion between the remote participants as would happen in a face to face environment...and see positive outcomes related to more engagement and participation both regionally and within the ICANN communities.

Any feedback should be sent to : engagement at icann.org<mailto:engagement at icann.org>.

Regards,

Heidi Ullrich, Silvia Vivanco, Ariel Liang, Gisella Gruber, Nathalie Peregrine and Terri Agnew
