this info was forwarded by Evan Leibovitch from an ISOC source and IMO it's worth to be considered broadly, particularly its aim "to encourage more end users to learn and use surveillance-resistant tools". I am aware that our agenda is covered with other priorities like ATLAS II and our upcoming GA in London but supporting the right campaigns doesn't hurt. Thanks for your consideration and
