First of all, thousands of thanks to all, who sent me your words of support
and care! We need it very much in Ukraine just now.

I will do my best to participate in EURALO monthly teleconfernce call, but
we are now under threat of communication blocking(

That is why I am sending my contribution to this call beforehand.

According to Community Regional Outreach Pilot Program (
https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=41900609) each
RALO can apply for 5 trips to be end until June 30 2014. Each trip can last up
to three days, two nights, be within RALO's region (Europe in our case) and
has to be  in line with ICANN’s strategic and regional engagement

strategies as well as At-Large outreach strategies.

Propositions of RALO members have to be pre-approved by two Pilot Program
Coordinators and regional vice-president of

ICANN. Then RALO leaders and RALO's members of the Outreach
SubCommittee (Roberto,
Wolf, Yulia) have to

submit travel requests (according travel requests form
https://community.icann.org/x/_S6fAg)

8 weeks before the beginning of each trip. Then these requests have to be
reviewed by At-Large CROPP Review Team.

Within 3 weeks of the return date it's necessary to submit Trip Assessment
and describe how the original purpose(s) and outcome(s) were realized.

Also each RALO can participate in *FY15 Community Special Budget Request
Process. *It means that the ICANN Finance

Team will accept and process requests for resources from Community leaders
or delegates from 6 January until 7 March (a

total of $500,000 USD for all requests from all RALOs).
