Dear Wolf, many thanks for sharing this final/approved version of the Guide!

It will be presented on the 29th of April in Tallin during the Freedom
Online Coalition event. Council of Europe is going to dedicate a session to
it, by bringing different stakeholders to share views on a number of
aspects:

- How to maximise the Guide's potential to help Internet users to exercise
their human rights at the national level?
- What action is needed by government agencies, the private sector and
civil society to promote the Guide?
- How can the Guide be embraced by Internet and online service providers in
the exercise of their corporate social responsibilities?
- How can we ensure that Internet users have the right to an effective
remedy?

I will be on the panel as well!

Thanks once again for sharing it!

Wishing everyone a fantastic Easter, love and peace to you and your
families!

As ever,
Veronica
