Dear Roberto,

Once again, I am "unhappy" only at EURALO level, so i am not sure, that it
has to be included into your report.

But I fully support your proposition to start this discussion today - with
creating WG on rewriting EURALO Bylaws (I sent another e-mail with this
proposition).

Regarding Board Member election:

1. The process of discussion was not open. I received a lot of reasons
against Sebastien, and I can't understand, why it was not said to him in
person (to give him possibility to answer).

2. What is the procedure for appointment of proxy? I know that we have at
least three volunteers. What was the mechanism of Oksana Prykhodko's
selection?

3. Are all voters from EURALO (except chair) independent, or they have to
vote in line with EURALO decision?

4. The last one, but the most important: what does directed voting mean?

I have many more questions regarding other issues of EURALO Bylaws
uncertainties. I had a chance to discuss this problem with other EURALO
members in Singapore. I hope for your support for my suggestion to create
WG to rewrite EURALO Bylaws.
