[EURO-Discuss] EURALO INPUT to ICANN Meeting Dates

Dear all,
In Finland and Sweden, Midsummer is a major holiday. I'm puzzled why it does not make the ICANN list, not as a "major holiday" and not even as "other holidays", even though the latter contains many purely national holidays.
In 2014, Midsummer celebrations in Finland and Sweden fall on June 20.-22. and in 2015, on June 19.-21. 
Midsummer is celebrated in other Northern countries too, although the dates may slightly vary. In the case of Finland and Sweden, it is always geared to Friday-Sunday. In some other countries, it is a fixed date.
